The patient presented with failing upper and lower teeth due to long-term neglect. To restore function and aesthetics, we placed 6 implants in both arches and fitted a fixed zirconia bridge on a titanium bar.

The result is a confident, natural-looking smile, allowing the patient to eat comfortably and enjoy a full range of foods.

The patient was concerned about the gap, shape, and colour of her teeth. To address these, I designed 8 direct composite veneers, achieving a beautiful transformation without shaving or cutting her natural teeth.

This patient had previously completed upper and lower composite bonding with us but unfortunately lost a front tooth in an accident. To restore her smile, we created a Maryland zirconia bridge with no tooth preparation.

The patient presented with undersized lateral incisors and rough enamel edges, steetng improved symmetry and a softer, brighter smile. The patient presented with uneven tooth sizes and pronounced, sharp canines, seeking a softer and more uniform smile across the front teeth. To achieve this, I used a BL shade of composite to lengthen the lateral incisors, creating a more balanced alignment with the surrounding veneers. I also carefully reshaped the canines, softening their edges for a smoother, harmonious smile.

The patient presented with craze lines (vertical cracks) and inwardly positioned teeth, seeking a natural yet enhanced smile. To achieve this, I crafted 8 composite veneers in a BL shade, which not only brought the teeth forward for improved alignment but also concealed the visible cracks. The patient presented with existing composite bonding, placed 5 years prior, that had significantly worn down and lost its definition due to lack of maintenance. She expressed a desire for a new smile design and requested a different shade of composite.

To achieve this, we completely removed the old, deteriorated bonding and replaced it with fresh composite, in line with her requests. After several hygiene appointments to prepare the teeth and gums, the new composite was carefully applied, delivering a refreshed, natural smile with improved aesthetics and contour.

The patient presented with a rotated lateral incisor, mildly rotated central incisors, and a gap on the upper left side, alongside significant wear on the edges of his teeth. He sought a straighter, brighter smile with enhanced width.

After reviewing different composite shades, the patient selected BXL. By applying composite veneers, I refined the shape, size, and symmetry of the teeth, resulting in a smooth, even smile with a clean, bright finish.

The patient presented with a few missing teeth but was only interested in replacing the upper left premolar. After discussing options, the patient opted for a dental implant, and a CBCT scan confirmed favourable bone in the area.

Using digital scans and CBCT imaging, we planned the implant placement and created a surgical stent for guided surgery to ensure optimal positioning. Following the healing period, an implant crown was attached, restoring both function and natural aesthetics.
